Brickability Group PLC Acquisition of Topek Southern Limited (TSL)
Brickability Group PLC is delighted to announce the acquisition of Topek Southern Limited (TSL).
Founded in 2009, TSL specialises in delivering facade systems, fire remediation, roofing and curtain wall solutions for live and occupied sites. TSL act as the principal contractor for commercial and industrial projects across the UK, supporting a number of sectors from hotels and student accommodation to sport stadiums and office blocks.
Their service offering is split into two areas – major projects and small works. The major projects team provide expert consultation, concept proposals that address a range of concerns including fire safety compliance, asset investigation, cost and design proposals and project delivery, including asset aftercare through preventative planned maintenance (PPMs). Their experience has seen them work on a number of prestigious projects including the Emirates Stadium and Twickenham Stadium. The small works department provide a specialist facilities management service for immediate response callouts and planned maintenance projects for roofing, glazing and cladding systems. Completed projects include a range of residential developments, as well as hotel chains such as Radisson and retail chain Marks and Spencer’s.
As previously reported, our Bricks and Building Materials division has seen cladding products supply go from strength to strength. Topek Southern will sit within the Group’s Contracting Division alongside Group Topek Holdings and will further strengthen the Group’s national presence in the market across cladding supply and installation as we continue to deliver upon the Group’s diversified multi-business strategy.
