Geographical Expansion

We continue to grow by extending our geographical footprint through further investment in both people and premises.

New locations have been added to the Group through expansion and via acquisitions. Further geographic expansion is planned with the existing product range. The growth success will be measured through revenue, gross profit and adjusted EBITDA at new locations.

Acquisitions

Since our IPO in 2019, we continue to deliver against the strategy we set out, including achieving 14 successful acquisitions. We continue to grow through carefully thought-through and earning enhancing acquisitions that are complementary to our existing portfolio.

In 2021, the Group completed its most significant acquisition to date, acquiring Taylor Maxwell and bringing together two of the UK's leading building material suppliers. More recently, the Group has acquired cladding, glazing and roofing principal contractors Topek and Topek Southern Limited (TSL) to support its strategy of product diversification.

Diversification

Through our acquisitive nature, we look to diversify our portfolio of products and services to enhance our offering to our customer base and ensure we provide the complete solution to both trade and retail customers.

The diversification of our product portfolio is not only supported through acquisitions but also through new product development with a number of businesses across the Group.

Our Partnerships

We partner with organisations across the construction supply chain, as well as the trade and general public to deliver successful construction projects. We are often involved with projects from inception, offering a wide portfolio of products, providing options for our stakeholders to consider. Once they have selected a product, we are then on hand to work with them through to product delivery and in some cases installing the products.
